We have an in-house Odoo customer support team, who is ready to help you with any questions or issues.
- Consultations and training;
- Work with customer support tickets;
- System parametisation and configuration;
Individual consultations and support services are charged at an hourly rate:
SLA subscriptions
We also offer SLA (Service Level Agreement) customer support plans. They are available as monthly subscriptions, and their pricing is based on our reaction time to a client's inquiries:
*Registration and administration of customer support tickets is carried out on working days, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Maintenance services
Once the implementation project is completed, we will take care of your Odoo ERP maintenance! We will update your software with the newest Odoo versions and provide ongoing help and technical support.
Hosting
You can choose one of the following options for hosting your system:
- Odoo.sh administered platform (paid directly to Odoo S.A.);
- Third-party server, suitable for Odoo ERP system;
- Hosting in your own server;
For clients moving to a new server, we also offer data import services.
Odoo migration
Odoo ERP software is regularly updated and improved, which is why a new version is released every single year. Odoo S.A. provide free* support for no more than 3 latest software versions.
Therefore, we encourage our customers to update their system regularly, in order to take full advantage of its latest capabilities and functionality.
The price of Odoo migration is calculated individually, based on the server the client is using, their current software version, and the complexity of any custom functionality they may have. For more details on the process and pricing of Odoo migrations, visit our FAQ page.
Via laurea modules
Customers, who acquire modules and integrations created by "Via laurea", receive their free maintenance and migrations for the first year!
After that, the support costs are 10% of the purchased modules' official value, as listed on our website (the fee is divided into 12 monthly payments).
IMPORANT! From 2026 April, Odoo S.A. has been providing official support for older version (3+ years), however, this comes at an additional fee (25% of your annual subscription, charged after your original contract runs out). This includes assistance, bug fixes, upgrades, and security updates, however, legacy versions will not be updated with new features.
In line with Odoo's decision, we also offer support services for Via laurea modules in older Odoo versions, for an additional fee (quoted individually). However, like Odoo, we will not apply new functionality to legacy versions.
