This plan is ideal for companies looking to optimise one specific area of their business using the Odoo system. 

We will install all the necessary modules for the selected area and ensure they operate as efficiently as possible according to the specifics of your business. 

With “ESSENTIALS”, start using the powerful Odoo system where it will have the greatest impact on your business. 

The package includes:

​  Odoo system installation and preparation for use - (only on Via laurea or Odoo.sh * servers);
  1 chosen business area (e.g.: sales management, inventory management...);
  All "Via laurea" modules available (purchased separately)​;
  System parametrisation work (4 hours);
​  Business process analysis Workshops (2 sessions - 1,5 hours each);
​​  Odoo practical training (2 sessions - 1,5 hours each);
  Odoo adaptation to business specifics (1 chosen business area);
  Process automation capabilities (1 chosen business area);
  Multi-Company functionality;
  Free 1-year hosting on Via laurea servers;

It is necessary to purchase an Odoo licence

Please note that the Odoo licence fee is €17.90/month per user for the first year. Discounts are available for longer periods. The contract is made directly with Odoo SA. If needed, we will assist you in the licence acquisition process.
