This plan includes 6 business process analysis sessions (Workshops), during which we will thoroughly analyse your key business processes and help you define their most optimal workflows.
We will ensure that these processes are fully integrated and prepared for smooth operation within the Odoo system, including process automation, document template customisation, and more.
“SCALE” allows you to implement Odoo in a way that not only meets your real needs today but leaves room for growth and additional functionality in the future.
The package includes:
Odoo system installation and preparation for use (on Via laurea Odoo.sh * or client servers);
Integration of the core business processes into Odoo;
All "Via laurea" modules available (purchased separately);
System parametrisation work (8 hours);
Business process analysis Workshops (6 sessions - 1,5 hours each);
Odoo practical training (6 sessions - 1,5 hours each);

It is necessary to purchase an Odoo licence
Please note that the Odoo licence fee is €17.90/month per user for the first year. Discounts are available for longer periods. The contract is made directly with Odoo SA. If needed, we will assist you in the licence acquisition process.
