The "Scale" implementation plan also ensures a quick and smooth deployment of the standard Odoo system, allowing the company to align its operations with the highest business management standards.

The base package includes:
Odoo system installation and preparation for use - (only on Via laurea or Odoo.sh * servers);
All standard Odoo modules available;
All "Via laurea" modules available (to be purchased separately);
Odoo consultations / training - (8 hours or 4 sessions);
System parametrisation work - (up to 8 hours);
Business process analysis - Workshops (up to 6 sessions of 1.5 hours.);
Odoo adaptation to specific business processes (only using standard solutions);
Process automation possibilities (only using standard solutions);
Adaptation of PDF document templates to your business needs (up to 2 documents);
Multi Company functionality;
Free 1-year hosting on Via laurea servers.

Please note that the Odoo licence fee is €17.90/month per user for the first year. Discounts are available for longer periods. The contract is made directly with Odoo SA. If needed, we will assist you in the licence acquisition process.
