Every company operating in Lithuania is required to fill mandatory reports and declarations for the governmental institutions such as Sodra, VMI, Customs department and Environmental protection department.. Although the standard Odoo system includes certain localisations for Lithuania, they are insufficient or lack the necessary integrations with these government e-systems.

i.SAF – VAT invoice register, FR0600, FR0564
Submitted to the Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), i.SAF is a smart invoice system (one of the i.MAS subsystems). It is used to submit data of issued and received VAT invoices, aiming to ensure transparency in VAT calculation and to facilitate/automate tax administration.
Via laurea foundational "LT VAS" Accounting module includes i.SAF functionality, allowing you to conveniently generate and submit this file to the i.MAS system. The module automatically collects information from sales and purchase invoices created in Odoo and prepares a compliant XML file. The "i.SAF" module can also be purchased separately.
In addition to i.SAF, Via laurea "LT VAS" module also includes VAT declaration FR0600 and the report about goods and services sold within EU FR0564. These declarations are also automatically filled out and generated in the correct format for submission to the VMI EDS system.
SAF-T – Standard audit file for tax inspection
VMI declarations also include SAF-T, a standard-format report designed for audits. Upon request from VMI, companies must submit their accounting data for a specific reporting period in a single XML file.
Submitting the SAF-T file can be a complex process and our “SAF-T” module simplifies and automates a significant part of it. The solution automatically gathers the necessary information from the records in Odoo's accounting / other modules and ensures that the generated file complies with the strict VMI requirements.
GPAIS Accounting – Products, packaging, waste
GPAIS (Unified Product, Packaging and Waste Accounting Information System) is intended for companies that supply products and packaging in Lithuania. It serves as an environmental responsibility tool, ensuring that producers and importers contribute to the management of the waste they generate and comply with environmental regulations and declares the pollution tax correctly.
The "GPAIS" module developed by Via laurea integrates packaging accounting directly into the Odoo system. Such GPAIS integration eliminates the need for manual, double data entry. The module automatically generates journals for both packaging and products as well as creates XML files ready for convenient import into the GPAIS system or allows uploading files directly to GPAI system using a special key.
Intrastat – Report on trade with the EU
Intrastat reports, submitted to the Customs Department, are mandatory for companies whose trade turnover with other EU countries exceeds established thresholds. These reports declare data on the export and/or import of goods within the European Union.
With our custom-developed "Intrastat" module, preparing these reports is extremely convenient. The module automatically generates a report that calculates product weights and values, summarising them by country, Intrastat code, terms of export / import, and more. The result is provided in XML format, suitable for electronic submission to the Customs department.
Payroll reports – GPM312, GPM313 and Sodra forms
Via laurea "LT DU" Payroll module covers all the necessary payroll accounting reports for companies in Lithuania. Among them are the GPM313 monthly and the GPM312 annual income reports, submitted to the VMI, as well as forms submitted to Sodra, including 1-SD, 2-SD, 9-SD, 12-SD, NP-SD, SAM, and PT.
The module helps to correctly declare the wages and tax deductions for employees. This comprehensive solution not only calculates salaries automatically but also prepares the required documents in just a couple of mouse clicks.
In addition to these forms, the "LT DU" module also generates other important payroll reports: work schedule, time sheets, payroll register, payslips, holiday accrual, and certificate of earnings.
